The spa was awesome, we definitely enjoyed it! For child free guests I’d recommend hanging out in the sauna area until 18:00 (that’s when the children have to leave) and then enjoying the quiet pool area 🤭

This is a great place. I tried a cbd tension relief massage and felt great after it. I liked the small meditation areas in a pool that feels private. I wish more privacy while changing cloths, because there no changing rooms, you need to put on a swimsuit near your locket. And I personally don't like when air is hotter than water (31 degree and 29). I would prefer air 25 and water 29.

Nice but very small spa for such large hotel. the sauna is designed for 6 people, salt grote only for four, that is not enough for approximately 250 hotel rooms. The whole area was overcrowded, that was not enjoyable

Ayurvedic massages are very good. The pool is way too small for the size and quality of the hotel, plus the tiling is too slippery. Sauna is hot and dry. The access to the pool area is a bit cumbersome, a long downward staircase, door that only opens with a hotel card. The looks of the guests when they see someone flapping around in a towel though the lobby is priceless 🤣

We stayed there for a week, and we like it. The hotel is old(even a new part of a hotel), the room was not perfect, but there were more good things we payed attention to. Perfect breakfast and spa area are the things that really made us enjoy the vacation. If I visit this town again, I will definitely stay in this hotel

We came for a business trip in the weekend and two college got pool folliculitis, if needed I can provide medical report as well. Apart from no late room service , no vegan menu , or unfriendly front desk a five star(allegedly) SPA hotel should know hot to disinfect their facilities. Won't recommend and won't go again.

Sadly a little disappointed - my husband stayed at the Pupp and were very excited to try out the spa. We could not get a couples massage as they told me they weren't offering it at this time, so we each got a massage and it was sadly the worst we've had. The masseuses felt like they were barely touching you, it was just light rubbing. We had higher expectations. The hot tub was not hot at all, and the pool was pretty cold. Other than that, the pool area is nice.
