We had such a great time! The place was super clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. The big Jacuzzi, two saunas, and cozy chill-out area were perfect. We booked the 4-hour VIP package and added some extras like strawberries and Raffaello: totally worth it! Big thanks to the lovely receptionist who was really kind and helpful the whole time. We’ll definitely be back!

This was by far the worst massage in my whole life! This woman was angry all the time. Not at all the relaxing experience a tourist would like to have after a whole day walking Prague. Just find another stablishment.

An oasis of calm in the city center. We were with my husband during a visit to Prague. We took the VIP set for 2 hours and it was the perfect choice. So... perfect place, perfect service. We recommend that place to everyone who wants to relax! 🥰🥰🥰

Perfect place to relax with 100% privacy. Everything nice, clean and prepared. You can even play your own music via bluetooth. Definitely recommend.

It was the worst surprise arrangement for my boyfriend’s birthday. I was in contact with the manager the day before regarding the arrangements. I paid extra for the decorations in the room, so I was expecting everything to be set up when we arrived. We arrived on time, but the lady who was supposed to give us a tour was late. She just unlocked the place for us, and everything was dark. She then started turning on the lights and setting things up while we were there. The prosecco was already in the ice bucket, but the ice had melted, leaving a lot of water on the floor, which she started mopping in front of us. She seemed rushed and began giving us instructions, telling us that we needed to turn off the lights, cover the jacuzzi ourselves, and make sure everything was in order before we left. For us, this was ridiculous—when we pay for a service, we expect someone to handle these things, not the guests. I do not recommend this service at all; it completely ruined our night.

I do not recommend using this private SPA, It smells like mud here. The whirlpool is not clean. The sauna is better. The seats in the sauna are made of such thin wood that you're afraid it will fall apart under you. No service, like a self-service, we must turn everything off and cover the hot tub. I pay for service, not a self-service with a dirty hot tub. Never again.
