The best premium gym in Prague and probably Czech Republic. All new equipment and changing rooms. Yes, a bit more expensive than others, but the quality is over anything I have seen in Prague or outside of Czech Republic. They accept flexi passes payments (Edenred, Sodexo, etc.)

I was a customer of Balance Club for a year. Had the whole year prepaid as I didn’t want to hustle with monthly payments. Mid-year they increased the prices, and I don’t mind if it was handled properly. My understanding was, also based on a personal conversation with the customer department, that my membership will just shorten, again no complaints. I wasn’t visiting the gym for one last month of membership as I thought it was shortened as agreee. Then out of the blue I get emails to pay what I owe to the gym or there will be legal consequences. Explaining the situation, that these was a lack of proper information, visiting them personally - no use. This is very poor customer orientation, stay away from this place

I would’ve rated this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the daily aqua lessons that keep the pool constantly occupied and are incredibly loud!!!!!. It’s impossible to relax anywhere in the spa area because of the noise, and it really ruins the whole experience of this place. 😡 All the customers are complaining about this but the management doesn’t seem to care about it.

Absolutely amazing place. Highly recommend. Suggestion: Add 5m x 5m matted space where people could practice BJJ or some free movements where the yoga mat is not enough.

One of the best gym! A bit expensive but you can enjoy the big swimming pool, the relaxing saunas and the jacuzzi on the roof.

I didn’t visit a lot of other gyms(with wellness included), but I think that Balance one of the best one in Prague. Always nice and kind receptionists, sales department and trainers. A lot of different gyms equipment. A lot of space, separated spaces for different activities. Several times I came at 06:30 in the morning, and was surprised that there were already a line of people waiting :) I don’t have experience with personal trainer in Balance club, but from time to time I look that they do and how they do - fully professional approach. The trainers in a very good/perfect shape, so they really not only motivate to train more, but as “walking gym ad”, if I can say that manner. Also, there are two floors of saunas, that’s really great! On the roof, pretty quite space, (without noise) with a cold water barrel/pool. It has been only 1 month as I became a member of this club, but I’m totally satisfied. Balance club, thanks guys for you job!
