Spa-Relax Prague

After visiting Spa Relax I am very suspicious of the negative reviews on here. My beer spa experience exceeded all my expectations! The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, & accommodating. They had my spa room ready when I arrived, including the amazing charcuterie board, I highly recommend it. The bath was so relaxing! Pouring unlimited beer while eating great quality meats & cheeses all while soaking in warm mineral water. I never felt so relaxed. Unlike the many other chain beer spas in Prague that require non-refundable payment in advance, this one allows payment upon arrival. Plans often change at no fault of the customer and this insured I can make an appointment with flexibility just in case. They offer the longest sessions for the price compared to all other beer spas in Prague. This beer spa is perfect for solo travelers who want the full experience but not pay the couples price. Be careful of reviews without context, from what I experienced at Spa Relax they make no sense. This is without a doubt the best beer spa in Prague.

I was in the sauna Spa-Relax with two other friends in a private spa room. We did not choose the beer spa but the usual one. We had a very relaxing two hours alternating between the Finnish dry-heat sauna, the jacuzzi, cold and warm showers and relaxing with a cold beer while listening to music (you can play your own music on their loudspeaker). It is super clean and nice. The design is pleasant and the stuff is nice too. You can just come as you are - they have towels, sheets, etc. They have lockers too. The price for 3 people is better than for two - that was another good point and there's enough place for 3-4 friends sharing the private room we had. We enjoyed it very much and slept very well after!

We had such an amazing and relaxing time at the wine spa! Everything was lovely, the treatments were great, and we left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Definitely recommend! 🍷💆‍♀️✨

Definitely recommended and will return. Warm welcome at the reception, amazing setup of spa, great drinks, complementary snacks, everything you need for relaxing time. Don't pass this place up, take the time a visit.

We spend an amazing moment with my friend, a pure moment of relax in a beautiful space. Thanks to Vilma (srry if I misswrite it) for the confort and taking care 🙏🏽

The customer service was not the best.. they told us to go wait outside for our car while it was cold and we just got out of the beer spa. Not the receptionist’s fault tho.. the owner could bother hiring another person to prepare the rooms. Also for this price you could give some new slippers (the used ones were pretty dirty already).

Amazing experience! Very welcoming and kind lady at the front desk. The private spa room has all the comfort needed. We even ordered a nice charcuterie board. Had a great time and will definitely come back!

Bad communication ever!!! We reserved this spa two weeks ago. When we arrived the spa, there’s no one open the door. Turnout they cancelled our reservation without any notice. Won’t recommend anyone to book this!!!
