Very disappointing experience. Absolutely not worth the price. We visited this Beer Spa in Prague and were honestly shocked by the overall condition and service. Everything looks sad, neglected, and poorly maintained. The walls are full of visible patches and stains, with clear signs of mold. Corners are covered in thick layers of dust, as if cleaning is done very rarely or not at all. The place feels unhygienic rather than relaxing. The shower drain did not work properly. There were no slippers for the cold floor and no towels or mats for feet, which is unacceptable for a spa. We ended up freezing and warming ourselves in the shower — the only place where the water was actually warm. We booked a 2-hour spa session, but the water in the tub became cold after about 30 minutes. We had to walk around half-naked through different floors trying to find staff. One employee sent us to another, and the other sent us back to the first one. Eventually, someone came and added hot water, but it took far too long. The “beer snacks” were also disappointing: for two people we were given only four small pieces of bread, two of them with some spread. That’s it. Important note: you are not bathing in real beer, which is mentioned on the website — but still worth repeating for expectations. We paid almost 400 euros, and this experience is absolutely not worth that money. Poor service, poor maintenance, and zero spa atmosphere. Even the fireplace turned out to be fake. I would not recommend this place. There are far better ways to spend your time and money in Prague.

Wonderful location super close to the castle. The rooms are very comfortable and the 2 beer selections are great! (I preferred the dark). They have a very nice staff and a good ambiance. I wish the tubs stayed hotter for longer, but I also stayed for 2.5 hours so it's understandable they cooled down. Overall I would absolutely come back.

Such a great experience. 10/10 would recommend as an experience for those visiting Prague. Unlimited beer and a tub full of hops. Some things to notes: I booked an hour but they only actually run the tub for 25 minutes. The other 25 they expect you to lie down in the hay and 10 minutes to shower. I thought this was a bit weird. Also I don’t think the front button was working though. I would still recommend 100%

The beer spa experience was terrific. They have a small shop where you can buy souvenirs to take home, unfortunately no travel size products. You also receive fresh beer baked bread which was a nice addition. The staff are very kind and helpful, going out of their way to make it a nice experience.

TLDR: Make a reservation; Bath-towel is provided; service is great; everything as they described on their Homepage Make a reservation in advance, since they need to prepare the rooms. The staff members were really nice and helpful. They explained everything and even let us in earlier (we arrived early just in case for a delay in public transportation). The room was cleaned and prepared for us with the 4 bath tubs filled and herbs put in it. You can activate or deactivate the bubbles as you wish. In the astrology room you have 4 bathtubs a shower a toilet and changing are. You can use a swimsuit or do it without. It was a great experience and the beer (a light and dark one) can be drunk as much as you want. They also provide a bath towel.

We had an amazing experience. It was a rainy day and the Ubers were unpredictable. Long wait for Ubers. We accidentally arrived 30 minutes early. We had a 1000 reservation. It was cold and rainy and she saw us standing outside and let us in. We started 10 minutes early and it was amazing. Good beer. Good relaxation. Felt great! Whole room to ourself for our 1 hour reservation.

Walking in a snowy Czech morning, the kind that makes your goose bumps complain about the bumps on their bumps. The quest had begun to invert the bumps inward back to normal skin. Suddenly an old man appeared from the shadows, “Beeeers bath” he said softly, “what did you say?” I said, “ you must go and bath in the beer my son” he said, “why?” I said “it is the path to the warmth and happiness you seek my son” Truth nigh speak more depth than the soulful words of this alley man. “You must go next to the castle they offer a good price and you will be served by lovely woman named Eivanka, she will guide you to beer and warmth” My father always said if a homeless man in an alley tells you to do something, just do it. The next thing I know I’m in a bath full of beer next to a handsome man named James Hardy ( he’s single ladies ) Having the time of my life Moral of the story When a man in an alley tells you tells you to get naked in a bath of beer you should do it because only fun will happen

We really enjoyed everything! I want to specifically mention Tetyana and Marta. They were very polite, friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. We were extremely satisfied and left in a great mood. If we come to the Czech Republic again, we will definitely want to visit you once more!)
