I ordered food through BOLT Food, including fried cheese nuggets. Out of 6 nuggets, 3 were completely burnt—literally black. I even cut one open and took photos: one picture shows 5 nuggets (with 2 clearly burnt), and another picture shows the 3rd burnt nugget separately. I sent both photos to BOLT support, but they insisted that because all 3 burnt nuggets weren’t in the same picture, they would only refund me for 2. On top of that, they calculated the refund by dividing the price of 6 nuggets—even though they only saw 5 in the picture. This is honestly horrible customer support. It feels like you need to treat your food like a crime scene—don’t touch anything until you’ve documented it exactly as they want, or they won’t take responsibility. I will never use BOLT again. In my experience, Wolt is much better.

Bolt Delivery is scamming customers, they are working the same scheme, the courier arrives rings 2-3 times, takes a picture of your food by the gate on the street and leaves with your food. The customer care does not do anything. Join with hashtaG BOYCOTTBOLT on FB. I am reporting this to the police today!!!

I got scammed, not the first time. Bolt doesnt have real people on support anymore. i came in front od house when i saw courier approaching, I never received any call and there was nobody in front of the house. I tried to call this Dimitri but i couldnt reach the numbers And i can never know his identity. Bolt support said i should be available but i was, JUST nobody ever called. You have scammer couriers who have very smart practices (showed picture of my adress as a Proof)And you dont care.

I had an absolutely awful experience with Bolt Food. I placed an order, and the app kept prolonging the delivery time while repeatedly claiming that the delivery driver was "already on the way." Turns out, that was a lie. I called the restaurant directly, only to find out that Bolt had made a mistake, and no delivery driver had even been assigned yet. The food finally arrived 30 minutes late, completely cold. To make matters worse, I had to leave the place where I was supposed to pick it up and literally track down the delivery guy in the middle of the street in the pouring rain. The app gave me zero accurate updates, just misleading information the whole time. When I tried to complain, the customer service was atrocious. It took ages to reach an actual person instead of dealing with their robotic responses, and when I finally did, they were totally useless, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve anything properly. Their "solution" was to offer me some meaningless pennies as compensation, which was a slap in the face considering how bad the whole ordeal was. This experience was beyond frustrating, and their customer service made it even worse.

I wished it would be possible not to give any star as the service is HORRIBLE. No support from the "support center". I received a food with low quality but after wasting 15 mins on chat with a robot and then a human, they told me "they cannot refund or compensate and I can only leave negative reviews on their app for the restaurant". unbelievable!! I will not use their service anymore. do not suggest either.

I ordered from a restaurant, the courier arrived and simply gave me missed calls, as in ring and cutting the line so he wouldn’t use any credits! Therefore when I checked later on to my surprised the app said the order had been delivered. I contacted the customer support and their answer was that they cannot do anything about a “delivered order”. I wrote to them asking for a refund or to redeliver the food, or if the meal has been returned back to the restaurant for me to go pick it up by myself, and they kept saying they cannot do anything about it! The worst service ever!

Most worst delivery company and most worst support. I ordered food, the delivery was not completed but they keep protect the delivery guy. Even on my CCTV is no ons visible, but the the unprofessional support keeps saying that the courier told them it's delivered. Never ever for me bolt food anymore.
