I had a soothing and healing experience in the hands of Mark as I went for my first 'signature massage' with him and I have to say that it was the best massage I ever had! Mark's approach was personalized according to my needs and therapeutic. At the end of the session, we talked about it and because he works with energy, he could tell me exactly where I should work on and how he can help. I'm very pleased with the experience, he has the hands of an angel!

To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect. All I knew is that I was exhausted, mentally and physically. Matej’s energy massage style intrigued me, so I decided to try it out. I must say that I am completely blown away by the experience. His approach invited me to “participate” by really fully letting go, which was a fantastic experience. I felt in very good hands and very seen and understood. Will definitely go again!

Mark is an absolute genius when it comes to massage. He not only has a wonderful, professional knowledge of massage from a physical point of view...but also embraces the emotional, spiritual & psychological situations that his clients are dealing with at any particular time. Every massage that I have ever had with Mark, he has made me feel comfortable, safe and acknowledged. His priority is the client, and you feel that with every verbal and physical interaction during the session. I would recommend Sólás Bodywork to anyone; both in Prague and also when Mark is in Belfast. Mark is a very perceptive and kind person. I felt super safe from the very first moment I met him. He is so easy to talk to and I could honestly tell how my body was already relaxing only when we talked. The massage itself was very enjoyable, relaxing, caring and gentle. Mark is a true gem and you can really see how much he cares about each individual client. He made me feel super comfortable from the very beginning with his kindness and professionalism. I had a deep tissue massage for my back pain and I can say it’s the best one I’ve had in my life. I can feel so much relief already and I’m sure I’ll sleep like a baby tonight! I do not usually enjoy massages at all, or people touching me in general but when I came to Mark's studio it all changed. I came with an issue that he adressed very well and gave me some stretches to do as well for my pain. The massage was - even for me - a very pleasant experience but most importantly very helpful. Mark's skills and knowledge is felt through his every touch. I recommend his services 100% and will come back.

The massage I had with Mark was the best I've ever had! It was the first time I tried the Lomi Lomi massage and I really liked it. In addition, Mark always made me feel comfortable and safe. My husband and I arranged massages at home with Mark. From the moment he arrived at our home we were instantly transported to an environment of relaxation and ease. Mark guided us through what he had hoped for us to achieve through each of our 2 hour swedish massage sessions. Discussed in detail the care he would take to make us comfortable, areas he would be working on, and what our own needs or areas of concern were. The massages themselves were flawless, focused on tensed areas, therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Cannot recommended Mark enough. Be at home or in his studio, he is highly respectful of the client and space he is in. Is evidently passionate about massage and the quality of service he provides. The massage itself is just out of this world and we felt the benefits of it for the days that followed. Thanks Mark, can't wait for my next booking!
