I booked just the wellness and it was great for the price i got. it's a great place to relax. I just wish they will increase the time. 60 minutes aren't enough. The receptionist probably not local was really polite.

Really nice, helpful staff. There was an issue during my wellness session and it was handled excellently. They also offered me compensation for the time lost. I will 100% come here again during my next visit. The wellness itself is well worth the money, especially if you are 2-3 people. You get a discount if you are staying at their hostel or hotel, so it's a nice combination. It was a perfect relaxing end to my Prague trip.

Overall had a bad time with the hotel . First of all location was not that good and the view is just the street so hard to find it. How ever we were travelling from australia and the weather was like 12-18•c but they totally turn off Aircon which was a serious story, and heating temp also controlled by them so yah BIG NO FOR COMFORT. Last not least on our 1 day checking inn they give us a room which had a bathroom drain problem so yah they change the room but still BIG NO. They have a lovely spa and jacuzzi room But hard to book because to get slot on your time its usally booked so no use and its not free they charge 1000-1500 CHK Breakfast was too basic so do Not consider the buy breakfast go in the town and eat some thing else. We did not enjoy the stay. But reception guys were to kind and too humble but they were international 😃 Thanks

From the outside it doesn't look much but as soon as you walk into the building up the stairs to the reception (which had great staff btw, a young woman and 2 young men that were very sweet the entire evening) you get a clear idea of what the place is succesfully trying to give off. Despite everything being made to look used/old (with flair and style though) the rooms and wellness area are very modern and up to date. The rooms are cleaned nicely, you get body wash/lotion to use by the hotel, throw-away slippers and bathrobes are also given by the hotel. The rooms have a mini fridge which takes a while to cool things but I wasn't there to cool beverages but to explore prague. Beds have harder mattresses which make it great to sleep on, best sleep I'v had in a while. Only negative point is that the pipes/drains smell like, well, old pipes which is understandable given how old the building is. The selection on the TV is amazing and so is the Spotify option in the spa. The spa is very warm and probably doesnt get a lot of ventilation because its in the basement but thats fine, youre not moving in there. Hottub was great, Sauna was great and the shower was great as well. The spa is definitelt worth it and takes the edge off after a day in prague. The breakfast is really simple but completely enough, vegan milk alternatives are also available. Definitely worth staying here, can only recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- The window is broken, airflow go inside room. - both heater inside room not working also heater in bath room - Room is cold without flipper. - The water in bathroom has only 2 mode: very cold or very hot, nothing in the middle - The electricity in bath room turn off every 5-10mn so bath in the dark - The hair dryer work only 30s then turn off completely so I slept with wet hair. - The situations already report to the staff but just received appolozie but nothing fixed or solutions.

Wellness je krásné,ale vířivka opravdu malá a voda byla studená. Píšou 34°C , avšak teplota vody byla spíše jako teplejší vana doma. Trapézy jsem si ani nenamočila, jelikož ani v místnosti nebylo přímo teplo... U slečny na recepci by neuškodil úsměv a lepší přivítání klienta, neříkám,že by nám měl někdo líbat nohy, ale určitý základ v podobě alespoň úsměvu a nabídnutí vody by neuškodil... Uz se nevrátíme, byly jsme zklamání. Prostory jsou nádherné,ale to nejdůležitější habrovalo...
