The worst customer service I’ve experienced in long time. Receptionists do not prioritize customers needs or their satisfaction, they don’t make an effort what so ever and when customers arrive, they casually sit on the bar stools at the reception desk or they’re hiding behind the reception with their phones. The management should hire a new crew which will actually be trained in providing excellent customer service in order to turn things around.

My experience that I asked on Facebook messager if the place is included in Multisport and the told me that Sauna and Water activities are included in Multisport. So i went today and asked again the same question to the receptionist and they confirmed and they guided us for the different types of Sauna and water pools and working hours. When I checked out I got surprised that the reception asking for 180 kc and when I asked her why, she told me that this fees for activities and Multisport only make discount for the original price to be 180!!! If there's a fees, why the responsible person when I chatted on Facebook didn't tell me when I asked nor the reception?!! This is a bad way to get hidden fees and transparency issue for the place where I will never visit again or recommend.

Great welness in Brno, usually not so crowded. Serves nice lemonades. Honey sauna is best. Only thing missing is drinking fountain.

Very classy all round! Very nice relaxation area, lovely saunas, excellent service. Highly recommend a visit. Excellent value, too!!

3 hot saunas + steam, indoor pool, small cold bath, relax room. Moderate prices except vine, friendly personnel.
